OUR STORY
We live in a small apartment in Manhattan, filled with nice things we’ve collected from all over the world. The most beautiful of all is our cat.
We wanted to give her more space to roam, without impacting the design of our home.
Shelves are a great way to add vertical play areas, but even the best ones still look like cumbersome cat furniture.
We decided the way to make it a win for both our cat and our apartment was to design our own range of functional wall art.
That’s how the idea of CATWALC was born.
We landed on Clouds, Balloons, Antlers and Hands as our key shapes. They will be sold and mounted in sets of three steps. Small, medium and large.
When not in use, they look like decorative wall-mounted sculptures. But with a cat perched on top, they become clever conceptual pieces.
Our hope is that everyone will be able see their cat way up in the clouds, floating on balloons or proudly posing as a live trophy.
